Downlad the Spotify app in your phone , As this app isn't available on playstore you can download it from the link given below

Now install this app in your device
Download any VPN app from playstore as there are lots of VPN apps available there , you can choose whichever you like based on its rating.

Open the VPN app and select the country location as USA or Netherlander or Singapore (Or any other country where spotify is available). As this are few country which supports Spotify. connect to one of this country's server.

Now open spotify app and tap on sign up button

Fill in this details and go to the login page and log in.
